Anonymous userGuangzhou Chimelong Safari Park is undoubtedly a shining jewel in the animal kingdom, offering visitors an unforgettable and magical journey. Upon entering the park, its grandeur and exquisite detail immediately strike you. As Asia's largest wildlife theme park, it covers a vast area divided into multiple themed zones. The park boasts an incredibly diverse array of animals, from adorable giant pandas and lazy koalas to majestic white tigers and elegant giraffes. The animals are in excellent condition, and their living environment is exceptionally superior. For example, each giant panda is equipped with an ice bed costing 100,000 yuan for cooling, and flamingos roam in large flocks, making it feel like being in their natural habitat. The park offers a wide variety of attractions. The free mini-train and cable car are highlights. Riding the mini-train allows for close-up observation of the animals living in their open environment, as if you were on the African savanna; while the cable car provides a bird's-eye view of the entire park, offering different scenery and a glimpse into the diverse animal life. In addition, the park offers various performances and interactive activities, allowing visitors to gain a deeper understanding of the animals. However, Guangzhou Chimelong Safari Park also has some drawbacks. Ticket prices are relatively high, with a standard adult ticket costing around 350 yuan, and dynamic pricing, with higher prices on weekends and holidays. Prices inside the park are also not cheap; a bottle of ordinary mineral water costs 12 yuan, and a fast food meal can easily cost 68-88 yuan. On holidays, long queues for the mini-train and cable car can affect the overall experience. Overall, while Guangzhou Chimelong Safari Park has its high prices, its rich variety of animals, excellent animal welfare, and diverse attractions still make it a very worthwhile destination, especially suitable for families with children and animal lovers.

_TI***acA must go place. The queues were faster than I thought. There were total of 6 queues that would take about 70 mins from collection of tickets to boarding.

_TI***swNice view from the cruise. Ride was smooth. With complimentary snacks and drinks. Glad we took the open air deck on top. There's performances in the first floor. Also bought 3 calligraphy work from the master for 100rmb each. What a steal!

心海的涟漪I didn't take any photos during the immersive tour, but overall it was quite good. The downside was the closure of the royal tomb area, which was a significant loss for visitors. It was only discovered at the tomb itself that it was closed; there were no online announcements or warnings upon entry. Guangzhou's service in this area is quite similar to that of northern China, particularly the four mountainous provinces, and this difference is very noticeable.

小咪女王Xiao Huang was absolutely fantastic! Her presentation skills were excellent, the pacing was perfect, and the content was very engaging. Listening to her gave me a much better understanding of the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall. The explanation included interactive segments and breaks, which was very well planned. The overall time was perfect, not a minute was wasted. It was great and definitely worthwhile.

206***33It's really huge; you can't see everything in half a day. The air conditioning is very strong. There aren't many restaurants inside, but there are quite a few activities for children, although some of the equipment is a bit old, and some require advance reservations via a mini-program. The dome theater about aliens was a bit too advanced for the kids. The souvenir shop at the entrance is quite large, with many items at reasonable prices. I even saw garden eels—they were so cute!

cxd401The Guangdong Provincial Museum has a distinctive box-shaped exterior. The main exhibition areas include nautical exhibits, wood carvings, lacquerware, ceramics, and Duan inkstones, as well as a natural history section featuring giant dinosaurs, whale skeletons, and various seashells and corals, all beautifully illuminated. Free guided tours are available, and seniors can enter without reservations.

Anonymous userThe hotel is near Joy City and Zhongzhou Shopping Center. The rooms are well-equipped, with excellent Wi-Fi and strong signal, ensuring smooth internet access. The housekeeper was very efficient in cleaning, and the front desk staff were friendly and provided a free upgrade. The room is highly recommended and worth staying at.

Anna KekMake sure to see the mermaid show — it’s the main highlight of the aquarium visit (it takes place every hour in Hall #9). The rest of the aquarium is also interesting to explore, with different zones and lots of fish to see. You can easily spend around two hours here

沙漠里的泥鳅~Before I went there, I thought people went to Shamian just to take pictures, so I never thought about going there. But by chance, I stayed there for one night, and I didn’t expect that I would like it very much. I went there more to feel the atmosphere, which is quiet, retro, and beautiful. Especially at night when there are no pedestrians on the road, walking alone in the alleys, it feels like traveling through time.
