芊芊龙At the opening ceremony of the 2008 Beijing Olympics, a huge scroll symbolizing five thousand years of Chinese civilization featured the Zuojiang Huashan Rock Paintings. Today, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery along the Mingjiang River by boat and walked along the boardwalk to see up close the masterpiece created by the Luoyue people more than two thousand years ago. There was also a guided tour along the way, making it a worthwhile trip.

Anonymous userThe scenery is beautiful. Tickets for Route B bamboo rafts purchased on Ctrip one day in advance cost 135 yuan, while tickets for Route B on the day of the rafting cost 145 yuan. Tickets for Route A cost 120 yuan, and Route B costs 160 yuan if purchased on-site.

qdu***08The free ancient city is newly built and commercialized, but since it is free for you to come and play, it is better than those domestic ones that are enclosed and charge fees. It is recommended to come in the evening, the night view is several levels higher than the daytime, and there are performances if you catch the weekend.

M48***37Hidden here are hidden gems of natural beauty that rival Guilin, but without the crowds of popular tourist attractions! A single trip can take you through magnificent waterfalls, idyllic countryside, and deep canyons, allowing you to immerse yourself in the exquisite beauty and grandeur of Guangxi's landscape.

M40***66There were very few people. I saw some students observing and recording the white-headed langurs, which felt a bit like an educational trip. The entire scenic area is on foot, but there are some winding paths through sugarcane fields with little shade, so it can get quite sunny on hot days. If you just want to see the monkeys, you can wait at the ticket office. When the monkeys come out, staff will take you there in electric carts. The staff at the scenic area are very attentive to whether you see the monkeys. When I tried to go in for a walk, they repeatedly reminded me that I might not see them if I went in now, that my ticket was non-refundable, and that if I didn't see them, I could come back and wait… Also, the timing of the monkey viewing is very important. Around 11 am and 3 or 4 pm are good times to see them. They rest for a long time in between, so you won't be able to see them. I was lucky enough to see the monkeys from Thumb Mountain come down to the fields to eat sweet potato leaves. The alpha male led a large group of his wives and children. Everyone held their breath watching them eat in the field. The little monkeys were so cute!

BAN🏝️The package deal is very affordable, and two days is plenty of time to explore. The scenic area is beautiful, with lush mountains and clear waters. The shuttle bus and boat services are excellent, making the trip comfortable and relaxing. 👍

M26***91The ice cave is crystal clear and colorful, very beautiful. The stalactites in the Dragon Palace Cave are all kinds of strange and impressive. You can also take a comfortable two-person car for sightseeing.

M29***63The scenery at the scenic spot was nice, but the management was a bit poor. We even encountered a boatmen's strike, and I rowed 7 kilometers by myself, almost to death. The scenic spot wouldn't refund the price difference between the classic rafting and the free rafting.

206***56Highly recommended! Every step reveals a new vista, including underground rivers, caves, waterfalls with dramatic drops, and amazing plants. The entire tour takes about two hours and is incredibly refreshing.

Anonymous userBasically, no one goes beyond the first viewing platform. I think the second platform is a bit of a walk, but I anticipate a great view! The first picture is of the first viewing platform, and the second was taken from a dead end on the way up, which I thought was the second platform... I recommend climbing to the viewing platform first, then coming down will take you across the stone arch bridge to the best spot for photos, where the two swans are located.
