It's too crowded, so I don't recommend going! It's extremely crowded inside, and the already narrow paths are practically being pushed around. I suggest going during the off-season; it will be much prettier then. I went 5 years ago, and it wasn't nearly this crowded. Now there are many more photo spots, including some new beer walls. Overall, it's still worth going. I believe most people go there for the original draft beer! The original draft beer is definitely different because it's incredibly fragrant when it's freshly made!
It's a unique place where you can learn about the history of beer brewing and play various games. The NPCs are actually very generous with the coupons, making it suitable for families with children. It can get quite crowded when it's busy.

Qingdao Polar Ocean Park truly exceeded my expectations! The park boasts a diverse range of exhibits, allowing for close-up views of polar bears, penguins, seals, and beluga whales. The jellyfish tunnel features stunning light and shadow effects, perfect for taking photos. The whale and dolphin show is breathtaking, the beluga whale show is gentle and soothing, and the sea lion theater is lighthearted and fun – the performances are well-organized. The animals seemed to be in great condition, the venues were clean, and the staff were patient. After exploring the park, you can also enjoy the Ferris wheel overlooking the mountains and sea. Whether you're traveling with friends or with family, it's a great option and definitely worth a full day in Qingdao!
The area boasts a rich variety of polar animals, with spectacular beluga whale and dolphin shows, making it ideal for family trips. Its proximity to the sea ensures convenient transportation, perfect for taking photos, and it offers comprehensive facilities for mothers and infants.

A trip to Donggang, Dalian, wouldn't be complete without experiencing Venice Water City! The entire area recreates European style, with over 200 castles scattered throughout, featuring Gothic spires, Baroque reliefs, and vintage clock towers paired with various arched bridges – every detail is meticulously crafted. Strolling along the canals, the beige walls adorned with exquisite carvings offer a picturesque view at every turn, as if you've stepped into a European town. The daytime atmosphere is refreshing and soothing, but as evening falls and the lights illuminate the buildings, their reflections shimmering on the water and canals, creating a captivating ambiance perfect for photos. A gondola ride is highly recommended – the soul of the water city! The long, elegant gondolas glide gently across the water, the gondoliers rowing with long poles, the boats slowly gliding beneath the stone bridges. Sitting on the boat, you can gaze at the buildings on both banks, admiring the castles and their reflections up close. A gentle breeze ripples the water, offering a completely different perspective than walking on the shore. Slowly immerse yourself in the romantic waterways, feeling the tranquility of a boat adrift in a painting. A gondola ride at dusk is the best way to experience this. We chose the Atour S Hotel next door for our stay, which was incredibly convenient, just walking distance from the water city. The stay was excellent; the room was clean and comfortable, and the service was attentive. It was convenient to explore the water city without having to travel back and forth; we could simply return to the hotel to rest after a long day. The area offers free admission, and the riverside walkways and plazas are perfect for strolling. It's suitable for couples or families. With its grand and elegant European-style architecture and the unique romantic atmosphere of gondola rides, this is a must-visit in Dalian's Donggang area – definitely worth a special trip!
The second train from St. Mark's Square had a quick queue, and the scenery was unique and exotic. The price of 68 euros wasn't cheap, but it was acceptable for a travel experience.

I went during the National Day holiday this year, and there were definitely more activities and more people than when I went in winter. It wasn't as deserted as I expected. I'll definitely go when it's more crowded next time, it'll be so lively! Haha.
The park is huge; my feet ached after a day of walking around. The bird show at the aviary was great; the parrots seemed so intelligent! The coral reef exhibit was incredibly crowded, so I didn't get to see many things properly—just a quick glance. The park has a cable car, a swing across the sea, and a speedboat stunt show. It was particularly windy in Dalian, but I managed to get free admission to two of the parks using the Northeast Super Discount promotion, which was quite satisfying. Visiting all five parks at once would require a full day. That's the nature of travel—tiring but enjoyable. The scenery was beautiful, and I'm grateful for the Northeast Super Discount promotion, which allowed me to visit the park even though I hadn't originally planned to.

Qingdao Underwater World is well worth a visit. In addition to the marine life inside, the scenery of the seaside outside the aquarium is also very beautiful. The cruise ship runs every hour, starting at 10 am. If you take your time, the whole tour can take up most of the day.
Qingdao Underwater World, located on the shore of Huiquan Bay, adjacent to Luxun Park and the First Bathing Beach, is a landmark scenic spot on Qingdao's golden coastline. Expanded from the century-old Qingdao Aquarium, it boasts six main exhibition halls, including the Jellyfish Palace, Seal Hall, and Whale Hall, as well as an 82.6-meter-long underwater tunnel. Visitors can not only observe a rich variety of marine life but also experience unique shows such as "Human-Shark Dance" and "Mermaid Shows," making it an excellent destination combining sightseeing and science education.

Dalian Forest Zoo is a very simple tourist destination, but recently the feeding method in the free-range area has been updated to include feeding from a vehicle. The lions come running to eat as soon as the driver honks the horn, giving it a feeling of being treated like handouts.
I had a few hours in Dalian, so I visited the Dalian Wildlife Park, which I'd never been to before. The park is large, well-built, and has a beautiful environment. The downside is that the variety of animals isn't very extensive, making it somewhat overpriced. The prices inside the park are also too high!

It was so much fun! The indoor area had a really interesting theme. My favorite part was the baby seals; they were so curious about humans. To them, the people coming and going were like toys on display.
There are four separate pavilions, each with only one entrance and one exit allowed. Children under 1.3 meters tall are free. Some animals can be fed for a fee. It's suitable for families with children. There are many convenience stores, milk tea shops, and snack shops, so you won't have to worry about food. There are sea lion and walrus shows, as well as mermaid and beluga whale shows. Highlight: You can feed the polar bears.

It's a zoo that requires hiking, which can be tiring for older people, although there is a magic carpet (I saw three sections, each with a separate fee). The sightseeing bus is located at Shen Diao Mountain; if you take it, you'll go directly to the panda enclosure, but you won't see two-thirds of the pandas. The animals here are quite active; the eagles drool while eating, there are performing gorillas, brown bears that reach out for food and spin around, and rabbits and guinea pigs lining up to leave... You'd need to spend a whole day here, but it's definitely worth a visit.
This place is really great; the experience is definitely different from other zoos. The park is huge! I'd actually recommend skipping the predator enclosure, though, as it takes too much time and you'll be exhausted afterward. You won't have the energy to explore other attractions then. Overall, the park is very unique and worth a visit.

This trip to the Yellow River estuary by boat allowed me to see the dividing line between the two rivers. It was definitely worth a visit. The scenic area was beautiful, the shuttle buses were clean and tidy, and parking was free. I highly recommend it!
This place is well worth a visit. You can learn about the wetland scenery at the mouth of the Yellow River, various bird species, and the confluence of the river and the sea. The shuttle bus is very cost-effective, with several stops along the way where you can get off to explore and then get back on.
