After a one-hour boat ride, we arrived at Swan Lake. Swan Lake is beautiful. Since it's December, it's the off-season, so there weren't many tourists. There were no places to eat near the entrance, so we finally found a place to eat at Xianrendong Village. I recommend bringing some snacks if you come during the off-season, as the ticket price is quite expensive. I suggest just visiting Swan Lake and skipping the boat ride.

Taiping Lake Forest Town is absolutely stunning, like stepping into a fairytale. My favorite spots are "In the Clouds," "Zixia Lake," and Monet's Garden—every photo is a true masterpiece. Taiping Lake was a truly worthwhile trip to Mile! You can rent electric carts within the scenic area, which is incredibly convenient! The restrooms are also incredibly clean, and the brown sugar ginger tea is incredibly thoughtful and warm!

Dongfengyun Scenic Area is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction located on the outskirts of Mile City, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Starting as Dongfeng Farm in 2014, it has gradually developed into a distinctive town integrating grape culture, natural scenery, and cultural tourism. The Kaleidoscope Art Museum, a popular spot for online influencers, was designed by Mile-born artist Luo Xu. The architecture blends wine culture and Yi ethnic fire culture, presented as a red brick castle shaped like wine bottles and flames, constructed without a single steel bar or nail, earning it the reputation of a "magical castle of futuristic magic." • Half a Cloud: Continuing the architectural style of the Kaleidoscope Art Museum, it resembles "half a cloud on the horizon," with layers of exterior walls resembling continuous clouds. The interior features a Zen-inspired tea and rest space, a popular spot for tourists to relax and take photos. • The Lavender Theme Park is known as the "Provence of Central Yunnan." • Niu Duoluo Music Farm • State Farm Exhibition Hall: A red-brick industrial-style building displaying farm tools and archives of educated youth from the reclamation period. • Admission: Adult ticket 60 yuan/person, students enjoy half price, sightseeing bus within the scenic area 20 yuan/person. Expensive! • Transportation: After arriving at "Mile Station", it's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the scenic area; from Kunming by car, it's about a 1.5-hour drive. Convenient!

The spa is spacious, with the outdoor hot springs shaded by trees and filled with squirrels. I loved the fish spa pool, where tiny fish kept chasing after food at my feet. The spa is located across the garden, with a large pool on the first floor. There's a lounge on the second floor, and a buffet on the third (for an additional fee).

Keyi Town has three attractions. We took a sightseeing bus to the second one, Tiger Roaring Forest, and then rode the flying magic carpet up, which was very interesting. The third attraction was Keyi Town itself, where we watched a Yi ethnic performance at 3:30 PM: Axi Jumping Moon, which is worth a visit.

The scenery along the way wasn't great, especially on the road from the first stop, which was mostly residential buildings and a bit distracting. It improved a lot later on, and each stop was worth seeing. Overall, the photos turned out better than the experience itself.

Qinghe Homestay deserves high praise! Located in the ancient city, the location is unbeatable. The fourth-floor room has amazing natural light; you can watch the sunrise in the morning, and the sunlight streaming in is incredibly soothing. The mattress is also very comfortable and relaxing. The room is impeccably clean; the sheets and blankets are spotless, and the whole place is tidy and organized. A comfortable and pleasant stay—choosing this place when visiting the ancient city is definitely the right decision!

This is a place worth visiting for the whole family. It boasts a rich history, ancient legends, a small train from the Republican era, unique geography, and a vibrant display of karst caves illuminated by lights. It's also highly recommended for families and photography enthusiasts. Besides the scenery, there are also local delicacies: Jianshui's braised tofu is incredibly delicious, and the aroma of it roasting over a fire will have you salivating! In Yunnan, swallows are revered as birds of good fortune and happiness. Every household in Yunnan reserves nesting areas for them under the eaves. Every winter, the swallows return to build their nests, and they are very selective about where they nest, bringing joy to any household they visit! In spring, the chirping of baby swallows heralds the arrival of spring, a new year, and new life... The arrival of the swallows brings happiness, peace, and vitality...

The Jianshui Confucian Temple is said to have been built by gentry and common people who migrated south after the fall of the Song Dynasty. Jianshui was formerly known as Lin'an Prefecture, and it shares a lineage with Hangzhou (then called Lin'an), the capital of the Southern Song Dynasty. The temple is not only a place for worshipping Confucius, but also a testament to the integration of Ming and Qing architecture, Confucian education, and frontier culture. Its magnificent "sea of learning" (a semicircular pond), exquisite stone carvings, and profound cultural heritage make it an unmissable historical and cultural landmark in Yunnan.
