What is Frecciabianca?

Literally meaning "white arrow", Frecciabianca is a category of Frecce trains operated by Trenitalia that run exclusively on conventional lines. Reaching speeds of up to 200 km/h, Frecciabianca's ETR 460 trains serve strategic routes through central and northern Italy along the Tyrrhenian corridor, connecting cities including Milan, Genoa, La Spezia and Rome.
Though slower than Frecciarossa and Frecciargento, Frecciabianca offers a comfortable and reliable option for medium and long-distance journeys, with first and second class seating as well as a FrecciaBistrò bar carriage onboard.
