Sour pickles are a regular dish for locals, and Korean pickles are more sour than this side. There is no spicy taste.

The Sabani Restaurant is a time-honored restaurant in Sanaa, Yemen. The environment is good, divided into VIP areas and popular areas. All Chinese who have been to Yemen may have eaten at the Sabani Restaurant. But the most authentic ones are the three stores on Hada Road, the first two near the Qatar Airways office, and the other at the end of Hada Road, near the Hada District Post and Telecommunications Bureau. The traditional specialties of the restaurant are very good, "savoury sheep soup" crispy yellow layer cake "soft roast leg of lamb and thorny fresh sea fish, etc., mainly fresh ingredients, seafood supply is from the Red Sea port city of Hodeida and the Arabian Sea Aden Bay every day, The beef and mutton are from the fixed pastures of the south, not the average garbage sheep (the local sheep in the north generally eat garbage).
