Photos of Sweetwater Creek State Park

Sweetwater Creek State Park is not far from downtown Atlanta, along I-20. There is a forested path in the park that leads to the former site of the New Manchester Manufacturing Company, whose factory was burnt down in the American Civil War. It is worth mentioning that in "The Hunger Games - Mockingjay", Jennifer Lawrence's scene next to a riverside ruins was filmed next to the old factory site of the new Manchester manufacturing company. In addition, since the state park is famous for its Sweetwater Creek, the Sweetwater River, the park offers guided kayaking from the end of March to the end of November each year.
