No Boardwalk or observation tower
Visited the site but there was no observation tower, boardwalk, etc.; only a short paved walkway. Perhaps this was damaged by storm, but no signage at sight indicating this.
Another refuge on my trip to all of them
Unfortunately it was winter so wildlife was sparse. Nice trail and boardwalk to observation area. Still some birds to see along the trail. We enjoyed our stroll but wish center had been open. I'm sure...
