|Prince Gong's Mansion is a great place for photography in winter. I decided to take a series of photos at Prince Gong's Mansion on a whim. The preparation was a bit rushed, but it felt very natural! Outfit: The horse-face skirt is a super photogenic item! Paired with a red top I bought in Tibet years ago, it's a bit of a mix and match, but it's quite harmonious! Next time, I want to try the princess makeup, I've been traveling around and haven't tried a set in Beijing yet! Photography tools📷: Fujifilm camera; I chose the classic filter, which really doesn't need any color adjustment and can be used directly for photos! Tips: In winter, it gets dark early in Beijing, and the most beautiful light is very short, so if you want to take good light and shadow photos, don't come too late! I came in at almost 4 o'clock in the afternoon, and the shooting time was very short, and I had to find the light spots! This place is also surprisingly massive so plan your time well and keep yourself hydrated. 🍃 Rich history and nestled by culturally rich hutongs which are great to explore and close to Houhai Lakes area as well. There's a lake in the middle of the whole place where you can rent paddle boats. Do spent sometime in the garden and try to relax yourself.
