The most famous historical street in Chonchi. The town is small, filled with history and lovely people. Small post office, bars, markets and hotels are around the center.
Yes, it has one of the many churches on the island (see separate review) and also a quite nice waterfront. A few shops and a post office where you can use the rather dirty toilet for 0.100 CHP.

Walking around checking out the old buildings
We took a lot of pictures of the old buildings. There is so much character and detail in the buildings it was like going back in time amazing.
