Dog Or Cat whatever, great rock structures
Was quite impressed that the wind, rain and waves made this structure. Still it is just the power of God. You can actually get quite near to view it. Seems like a good place for some anglers too.
This place has a story to the dog like rock. It has to do with a Samurai named Minamoto no Yoshitsune. It is a nice place to visit, but nothing really around this area. It is a nice place to take a pi...
I walked from Choshi Electric Railway Tokawa Station. I was worried about the first place and asked the locals for directions several times, so I think it took more than 30 minutes to get there. The site was crowded with families fishing and barbecuing. It seems normal for everyone to come by car. I was surprised because I was safely entering the place where entry was prohibited. It's the key inuiwa, but it certainly looks like a dog's ear, but I don't know which direction the face or body is. ...
From JR Choshi Station to Choshi Electric Railway to Tokawa Station, take the train for about 22 minutes. It is about 14 minutes walk from Tokawa Station. It is near Tokawa fishing port. It is one of the choshi geo parks. As the legend says on the signboard, it is indeed similar to the dog waiting for the owner. It has become the shape of the dog rock due to the wind and the waves of the sea.
Inuiwa is a dog rock in the back. Senkigaiwa is a bumpy rock. Inuiwa is recommended because it has a parking lot. Senkigaiwa is parked on the road because it is off limits to general cars at Choshi Fishing Port, and it is a scenery that seems to be elsewhere, so you don't have to go.
