Nami Island... in the season where hearts melt along with golden leaves.
Nami Island during autumn 🍂
The entire island transforms into a breathtaking golden hue that you simply can't take your eyes off 💛
When talking about Nami Island in autumn, it’s truly one of those unforgettable memories. Every corner of this small island is painted with the warm shades of nature, from the golden yellow of ginkgo leaves to the reddish-orange of maple trees lining the pathways. The gentle cool breeze carries the scent of autumn, as if whispering, "This is the most beautiful time of the year in Korea."
As soon as you step off the ferry, the first sight that greets you is a row of tall trees perfectly aligned, resembling a golden tunnel straight out of a fairy tale. The morning sunlight filters through the branches, creating a warm yet not overwhelming glow, making it the perfect setting for a leisurely stroll or capturing memories through photos. When the leaves fall slowly like golden snowflakes, the romantic atmosphere doubles 💛
Nami Island is not just a tourist destination; it’s an "experience" that allows you to rediscover the slower pace of life. Here, no one is in a rush. Everyone smiles, takes leisurely walks, enjoys green tea ice cream, or sips warm coffee while admiring the island’s scenery. If you’re lucky, you might spot squirrels or small birds playing around the tree trunks, adding even more charm to the ambiance 🐿️☕
The most popular path is the "Gingko Tree Lane," the island’s most iconic ginkgo-lined street and a must-visit photo spot. The lighting here changes throughout the day — in the morning, it’s a soft, warm yellow, while in the afternoon, it turns into a vibrant golden hue. Both times are equally stunning, making it hard to choose which is better 📸
As you wander, you’ll find cozy cafes and small souvenir shops tucked away in various corners of the island. Each spot is uniquely decorated. If you want to take a break, you can sit on a bench under a large tree, watch people pass by, and let your mind drift with the season. That’s the charm of visiting Nami Island during this time — simple happiness that doesn’t require effort to find.
The best time to visit is from late October to early November, when the leaves are at their most vibrant. The weather is pleasantly cool, around 10-15°C, making it perfect for a full day of exploring without feeling tired 🍁
Nami Island is stunning in autumn, with vibrant red and yellow leaves everywhere—perfect for a day trip with friends. Sitting at a café and enjoying coffee together while surrounded by this colorful scenery made the experience even more special and memorable
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience!I had such an incredible time at Skyline Zipwire! The experience was absolutely thrilling and so much fun from start to finish. The staff were friendly and made sure everything felt safe and enjoyable. It was truly an unforgettable adventure — I’m definitely coming back again! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exciting outdoor activity.
A small island famous for picnic and photo , statue for winter sonata
Nanyi Island Ginkgo Avenue without Metasequoia Avenue is also a good island for a group of one-day tourists. It's a private island. It's a little like a small republic. If you don't hurry up, it's a good place to spend most of your time here. And the spicy fried chicken steak at the entrance is delicious.
This is a perfect place for vacation, leisure and dating. In order to queue up at the wharf to go back by boat, you can also take a cable car, but in general, it takes a long queue to take a cable car. So it's good to take a boat. It's also very interesting. There are many national flags around it, such as the Open World Congress. Ha. The water is clear and the trees on both sides are beautiful. In October, the maple leaves were not completely red, but the ginkgo leaves were pure golden and beautiful! There are all kinds of interesting shops, fresh literary models, very suitable for children and couples to visit.
This is the place I think I should visit most when I come to Korea, not only because it is the filming location of Winter Sonata, but also because the scenery here is very good. After coming here, I feel that my whole pace has slowed down a lot. I walked slowly on the forest path of Nami Island. When I was tired, I stopped to find a bench on the side of the road to rest and eat something. Of course, the garbage should be taken away, or if you bring a blanket, you can sit on the grass. The buildings on Nami Island are quite distinctive and artistic, and some of the buildings are very similar to the style on Jeju Island. You can take a boat to Nami Island, or you can take a high-altitude cable car to that one. I will try the high-altitude cable car next time.
An Island worth visiting! So far, the island is still a personal one! ____________ Absolutely rich! Golden Ginkgo biloba leaves fall on the ground, absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately, it's late. If you go in late October and early November, you can see a whole row of leaves on the tree! Now there are only bare branches!
A very small park, famous for the filming of Winter Sonata. The scenery is average, maybe it will be more beautiful if you visit it in a few days. There are really little squirrels. I didn't take the direct bus when I went there. The 9:30 bus actually left at 8:30. I was speechless. I took 3 subways and taxis to get there.
