We were staying at the Clifden Station House Hotel, this museum is right beside the hotel, but unfortunately closes ( like a few businesses locally ) until the summer.
Sadly It Was Closed
I checked reviews before visiting and noticed a few travelers had already said upon their arrival the business was closed. I can say the same now, as I desired to visit but the establishment was close...
Pity it wasn't open!
We tried to visit the museum on Saturday, 27th July, but the museum was closed when we arrived mid morning. The folks in the nearby Irish Tourist Board offices couldn't help - they didn't know if/when...
