You can get here by getting off of the People Mover at Circus Park Station. It is a nice area to walk through with trees, benches and fountains. It is very near the baseball and football stadiums. ...

Great to relax and people-watch, or watch the crazy traffic lol. Has a dog park, seating, stairs to parking, monuments and fountains, and pretty landscaping.
