Unusual 50s church complex
I think open 10 to 4, but sign not in English. Saw this on from the cycle path so diverted. Huge and design unusual , worth a look. Lovely! Had cloisters too
Coming up over a rise in the road I was struck by this huge and immense church. A black mountain indeed! I was only able to view the majestic exterior as the church was closed on a Wednesday afterno...
The church is huge and impressive from the exterior. Unfortunately on Saturday afternoon at 5pm was closed and locked, with no single info if it's visitatie or not
Sadly after finding the place was unable to admire the interior. Gent the town where we went first a lovely town with plenty of shops for all requirements.
The cathedral is very beautiful and impressive from outside it is seen from far away, unfortunately its interior has not been able to visit as closed during our visit attempt!
