Togakushi Jinja Shrine in Wara CHO, Gujo City
Original Text
A mysterious rock called stacked stones behind the shrine is the divine body. It is located in Wara-cho, Gujo City, on the way from Gero to Gujo Hachiman across the Sasayuri Tunnel. There is a big cedar tree a little far away. The land said that the pair had died and became one.
It is as attractive as the head family of Togakushi Shrine in Nagano. A huge cedar continues from the front of the gate to the mountains. Shimenawa was hung on nine megaliths called stacked rocks. It is a hidden spot.
a sacred place where you can feel the power of nature.

I stopped by at the Ayu Festival in Wara Village, Gujo City. A huge cedar stands at the entrance from the main street, and when you go back, you will see a shrine standing on the mountains. Behind the shrine, you can take a walk in the mountains, but there is an atmosphere of a sacred place. At first glance, it is an ordinary shrine in the countryside except for the megaliths that are likely to roll, but it was a place where I felt good. I would like to stop by again when I go nearby.
You can see a megalithic stone with two large rocks overlapping at Togakushi Shrine. The rock above is estimated to be 42 tons, and it seems that it was touched in the past.
From Gujo to Gero, head to the former Wara Village, a few minutes from the roadside station Wara. There is a single cedar at the entrance of the approach, and you can see the torii in a straight line, and when you pass through the torii, silence will come. Behind the main shrine is the rock seat of Kuzugu, which is said to be a piece of Amaiwado.
