A Dandy of a Museum
Known simply, as the Higashi Village Museum to the English speaking visitor, this is one place I love to visit. Many museums, no longer allow photography but, this one does. It's always best to ask ah...
It is a museum in the middle of the drive. I thought it was free because it was a small museum, but it was 200 yen. 4 People 800 yen. I thought it was a little expensive. There was a wild boar in the ridge in front of the museum.
Admission may be cheap, but most of the inside is prohibited from shooting. Apart from old photographs, there were many things that seemed to have a meaning of prohibiting photography, and it seemed that there weren't many attractive exhibits that could be taken before that. Sorry.
I stopped by on my way home after visiting the Yanbar Quina biometric exhibition learning facility "Quina no Mori". If you don't have time, I think you can stop by when you go to this area.
It is a small museum in Higashimura. It's a little minor and there is no sign that tourists are visiting. I was a little surprised because the admission fee is 150 yen. There are dioramas and small fish in the facility where you can study the life of the locals 々. In front of the museum, the caught boar is bred and exhibited.

I don't recommend it very much.
