Tricky little hike. On the way up we came across a person who had pretty badly injured her leg and I can see how. There are some definitely some rocky stretches that require good balance and patience....
Some difficult climbs on rocks, but pretty much always a clear trail as to which part to take. Definitely bring water, and the first part is the worst - switchback in sand for what seems like 5 miles...

Nice trail
This is a moderate climb at least in the warmer months (May). Be prepared for sand in your shoes. Checkout all three pools along the trail.
