Seasonal Garden
This is a great place to visit during any season, however I highly recommend to visit during cherry blossom season so that you can see the weeping sakura tree.
I was able to see it slowly through the main hall of Ikkoji Temple. The sight of weeping cherry blossoms, which are probably old trees, scattering petals in the spring breeze and dying the pond in cherry blossom color was wonderful. It was made by Sesshu, but the sight of cherry blossoms flying on an island imitating a turtle in the center of the garden is wonderful.
I am also interested in the arrangement of greenery, water, rocks, etc. The Sesshu Garden and the ridge of Ikoji Temple make you feel the beauty and tranquility of the Japanese garden. I want to sit on the porch and think leisurely and calm down. Guide guide broadcasting is being broadcast. You can enter the park for 500 yen
Anyway, it's quiet. There were no visitors other than me, and I was able to see the garden comfortably and plentifully. Of course, the garden was good, but more than that, I was very satisfied with the luxury that I could enjoy without being disturbed by anyone.
When you go to Masuda City, you will see a sign called Sesshu Garden. I thought I would go to Sesshu Garden of Manpukuji Temple, but for some reason the navigation system did not guide me well, so I decided to go to another Ikkoji Temple. The admission fee is certainly 500 yen, my memory is ambiguous. It is probably a garden where you can enjoy the beauty of the shape with ponds, stones and trees on the slopes of the mountains. It is a size that can be seen at a glance. An explanation of Sesshu Garden was flowing from the speaker. There was also an exhibit like a hanging scroll.
