Lack of customer service!
I'm not usually one for leaving negative reviews but after our visit to the hotel yesterday I was so annoyed I just had to! I had booked a spa day for myself and my sisters as it was their birthdays, ...
No good
No public privacy Jacuzzi. Glass windows ceiling to floor looking out onto walking trails. Meaning.. everyone walking outside can see you in the jacuzzi and swimming pool. Too much Chlorine in jacuzz...
Weekend Break
Had a back massage at the spa which was really very nice and relaxing. The atmosphere was perfect. We had rushed to the hotel but the massage helped us to take time to calm down.
Lovely half day spa!
I went to Mount Falcon to use a Grab One voucher for a half day spa deal. The treatments lasted approx an hour and a half and we got use of the pool, sauna etc. We also got gorgeous home made buns and...
