From Obi Castle Town, go west on National Highway 222 and you will find a historical observatory just across the Sakatani River. After further climbing the stairs from the historical observatory, you will reach Nishi Park. It is a park that is the tomb of Shohei Kokura and the tomb of the war dead of the Seinan War.
