Great Observatory in the Northern Alps

It is a park in front of the mountain museum, １５ minutes walk from Omachi Station. Since it is on a hill, there is nothing to disturb the view of the Northern Alps. There is a double cherry blossom under the observatory, and at the end of ４ you can enjoy the cherry blossoms in the foreground and the northern Alps in the back.

I tried to take a picture because I could see the Northern Alps and it was wonderful, but the cherry blossom branch in front of me is in the way. I think it would be good if the cherry blossom season was in bloom, but it was a shame. The whole park is on a slope and I think it's a little dangerous for children to play.

It was a park in front of the Omachi Mountain Museum. It is close to Mt. Takakari, and the park overlooks the spectacular view of the Alps. Behind the Mountain Museum is a free small zoo (antelope) and you can enjoy it. Many families visit.

Spring and autumn.

Autumn was beautiful with autumn leaves, and spring was beautiful with cherry blossoms. The collaboration between the cherry blossoms and the Northern Alps was beautiful. It was a small park, unlike what I had imagined.
