Douzhuang Village is located in Jiafeng Town, Lishui County, Shanxi Province, about 50 kilometers away from Lishui, west of Lishan Mountain, surrounded by water on three sides, is a famous large-scale castle complex in the middle and late Ming Dynasty in southeast Jin. In 2008, Douzhuang Village was listed in the fourth batch of national historical and cultural villages. The Dou family moved here in Song Zhezong Yuanxuan in 8 years (1093) and began to build the manor, which lasted more than 1,000 years. The existing ancient building area of Douzhuang Village is about 40,000 square meters, and most of them are well preserved. In addition to a large number of houses, there are temples, pavilions, temples, study rooms, school grounds, courts, dungeons, city walls, gate buildings, archways, shops and a large number of inscriptions. Douzhuang Village is a typical work of studying the architecture of ancient northern Chinese houses.
