Stairs of Cerro Marconi
Great view of the city of Rivera, the bad thing is that it doesn't receive maintenance and and is deteriorated. Anyway, I like it and recommend that you visit it.
Nice view
Spacially at dusk, it's a nice place to watch the sunset. The city is not a touristic place, however the clear air of the pampas always offer outstanding sunsets. The place could, or should be better ...
Insecurity
The hotel offers an interesting view of Rivera from the top, but it is seen half as the trees prevent it.
Returning from Arts by Route 5
The landscape of route 30 is very visible and then complements the views of the chain of closures from Rivera to Tacuarembo passs to merge with the windmolins.

At some point in history it must have been nice, but today it has no cleaning or maintenance, it is ruinous.
