Recently renovated and spectacularly redeveloped by a partnership between the California State's Teachers' Retirement System and the Pacific Waterfront Partners, LLC, 3 Pier is now home to a wide variety of locally-owned, but nationally-acclaimed restaurants and other leisure businesses. In fact, 3 Pier's "restaurant row" is only expanding, as exemplified by Charles Phan's highly anticipated new project: a new restaurant, located just a short walk from his current Vietnamese-themed restaurant, with a Deep-Southern style reminiscent of the spirit and grubs of New Orleans. 3 Pier also houses "The Plant Cafe" and "Grifitte", two other award-winning dining experiences.
