These are super impressive. Not a place to plan your day around but an absolute MUST stop to take a photo or two!
road side trail
It's a beautiful view here at sunrise or sunset. Otherwise it's just a road side stop to see the Monitor and Merrimack buttes. They are beautiful and easily worth the quick roadside stop.
Short hike. Amazing feature
We had only a short time in Canyonlands. This view area is the first one on the drive to other hikes in the park. And one not to be missed. It is a short walk to see them.
