Fujikawa Tenjin is one of the famous places for plum blossoms and hibai, just like Dazaifu Tenmangu in Fukuoka. Since it enshrines Michizane, it is also a place for prayers for learning, and the examination season is crowded with students worshiping.

I was going to go when it was in full bloom, so I went there. Unlike ordinary plum trees, the scenery of Wolong plum trees was impressive. I think it's worth a look. There is also a statue of Tsun, so it is also recommended for sightseeing from a distance. Some people were watching the cherry blossoms under the tree.

It's a little cold here, so if you visit for plum blossoms, it's better to be past March. My parents like it. Plum blossoms are also in bloom on the road side to Fujikawa Tenjin, and it is very beautiful when it is in full bloom.

I stopped by when I was on a business trip to Satsumasendai City. Although it was early during the plum season, I felt such an charm that I wanted to visit again. I hope next year the plum season and business trip overlap.
