based on 1981 reviewsI was extremely satisfied with the experience. I went for afternoon tea before 4 pm and saw the Shanghai night view both during the day and at night. All my worries and fatigue disappeared. Playing games on the platform was so much fun!
The Top of Shanghai Observatory of Shanghai Tower is the functional experience area of Shanghai Tower. In the 360-degree full-view observation hall of Shanghai Tower, you can see the Oriental Pearl Tower, Jinmao Tower, and World Financial Center up close, and overlook the World Expo Park, City God Temple, Shanghai Stadium and Hongqiao Airport with a panoramic view. You can see the Suzhou River and the Huangpu River meandering towards the Yangtze River and flowing into the East China Sea.

Growing Skyline: The exhibition is located in the prologue hall of the Shanghai Top Exhibition Hall on the first underground floor. A 100-second real-life animated film is used to condense the development history of the Bund and the Pudong Lujiazui skyline over the past 170 years since Shanghai opened as a port in 1840. It uses images and sounds to synthesize dynamic images to intuitively show the rapid changes in the city of Shanghai. Tall buildings are rising from the ground, and the heights are constantly being refreshed, until Shanghai Tower has become a new height and a new landmark in Shanghai.

The Shanghai Tower in Shanghai: It is divided into three themes: the charm of Shanghai, the height of Shanghai, and the Shanghai Tower of Shanghai. It uses a combination of dynamic and static, virtual and real display methods to intersperse dynamic images with static photos to show people from different perspectives. Shanghai-style buildings in different periods and styles gradually display representative buildings in the development process of Shanghai, an international metropolis, as time changes. These buildings are not only rich in architectural beauty but also contain profound historical and cultural heritage. They are the urban connotation rich in Shanghai charm, inheritance and transcendence.

Skyscraper Dream: Using the current domestic sports self-luminous transparent screen technology and a transparent crystal model, it comprehensively displays the mystery of skyscrapers. It shows the evolution of the world's tallest building, which has been continuously updated in height since 1885, and also shows the "skyscraper dream" that humans are constantly pursuing. It displays the world's tallest building rankings as of 2020 provided by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). It is a window for an overview of the world's tallest buildings.

Gene Bank: The Gene Bank reveals the entire process of planning, birth, and construction of the vertical city of Shanghai Tower. The simulation demonstrated more than 10 world-leading innovations such as sky gardens and dampers, and revealed the unknown genetic structure of many buildings.

Vertical City: The Vertical City exhibition area uses the world's cutting-edge 3D printing technology to print a model of the building as a whole with 1:350 nylon material. It uses a main screen plus a split screen and a new media technology display method that integrates sound, light and electricity to showcase the Shanghai Tower. Rainwater collectors, double-glazed curtain walls, BIM construction technology, Shanghai girls, fish music pictures and other rich connotations of green, wisdom and humanity express the concept of vertical cities.

The Top of Shanghai Observatory has three of the world's fastest high-speed elevators, which can reach a speed of 18 meters per second. It only takes 55 seconds to reach the Top of Shanghai Observatory on the 118th floor of Shanghai Tower. You can see it through the screen when taking the elevator. Elevator real-time running speed, height and orientation. Not only will each experiencer be shocked by the speed of the elevator, they will also be deeply impressed by its comfort and stability.

Sky Post Office: Located on the 118th floor of the Top of Shanghai, each postcard records the beautiful scenery of the Top of Shanghai. Choose one for yourself or your relatives and friends to echo the mood and artistic conception of the moment. The postcards sent here are from the Top of Shanghai. A message is a gift worth cherishing and lasting.

Wishing tree: The wishing tree on the 118th floor has also been completely upgraded. Write a wishing card or blessing here and tie it to the wishing tree in the cloud with a red rope. You will look forward to future memory moments and look forward to more. People make high and beautiful "star" wishes on the top of Shanghai.

Crossing the Sky: The Crossing the Sky interactive project uses advanced AV equipment to experience the ultra-real experience given by multimedia and physical heights. When you are on the top of the 118-story Shanghai, you are surrounded by the real scene of Lujiazui skyscrapers projected on the ground screen. With the advanced somatosensory hotspot control system, the virtual atmosphere creates a "crack" that breaks through the sky. A heart-pounding challenge is about to begin.

In the 360-degree panoramic sightseeing hall on the Top of Shanghai Observatory, you can see the Oriental Pearl Tower, Jinmao Tower, and the World Financial Center at your feet, overlook the World Expo Park, City God Temple, Shanghai Stadium, and Hongqiao Airport in the distance, and have a panoramic view of the Suzhou River and Huangpu River. It meanders along the Yangtze River and flows into the East China Sea. When you are here, sometimes the blue sky surrounds you like a Tathagata fairyland, sometimes you are above the clouds and you are in a magical world. From the top of Shanghai, you can enjoy all kinds of weather, see the prosperity of the world, and enjoy the wonders of the mountains.

Between the Clouds Heart Lock: Hang up a heart lock full of love with your loved one. It is a pious prayer and an eternal promise. Carve the names of a pair of lovers on the lock and seal the hearts of two people. "Locked" together tightly, making their love eternal and leaving a happy testimony on the top of Shanghai.

Top of Shanghai Brand Store: The Top of Shanghai Brand Store is located in the Top of Shanghai Observatory on the 118th floor and the sightseeing exit on the B2 floor. It has a dazzling array of products containing elements of Shanghai and Shanghai Tower.

The view was amazing, unfortunately it was too crowded to take a good picture. Wouldn’t recommend visiting in peak seasons
This building is really awesome! Shanghai Tower is the tallest building in China, 632 meters high. Standing at the bottom and looking up, my neck is sore! Its shape is like a spiraling "dragon". It is said that this is wind-resistant and energy-saving. The designer is really creative. Observation Deck: Overlooking Shanghai, it's amazing! I took the elevator to the 118th floor in a flash. My ears were still a little swollen, but I was shocked as soon as I got out! The whole Shanghai is in sight. The Huangpu River is winding like a snake. The old buildings on the Bund and the high-rise buildings in Lujiazui are particularly obvious. If you come in the evening, watch the sunset dye the whole city golden, and then wait until the lights come on. That feeling is worth the price! Drinking coffee vs. drinking tea, two kinds of enjoyment The coffee shop in the observation deck is in an excellent location. It is comfortable to order a cup of coffee and sit in a daze. It's just a little expensive, but think about drinking coffee in the "tallest building in China", so bear it! Yinxi Tea House is quieter, the box is private, suitable for chatting with friends, the tea is good, but the wallet hurts a little. Zuihuihuang Eating: Taste is OK, price is slightly high This local cuisine has a nice environment and good service. The braised pork is soft, sweet and fragrant, and the steamed fish is tender, but the portion is not large, and the average cost per person is a few hundred. Suitable for entertaining guests or wanting to reward yourself. If you are looking for value for money, you may have to think again. Summary: Expensive but worth it! Shanghai Tower is indeed a first-class experience from architecture to sightseeing to food and drink, but it costs money like water. However, since you are here, you always feel that you have lost if you don’t climb to the top and have afternoon tea! Recommended to friends who want to experience the "height of Shanghai", remember to choose a good weather to go, the view is better!
Experience J Hotel, the first skyscraper in China and the third in the world. After arriving at the hotel, the hotel experience master Liu Hai first introduced the construction of the building, and then took us to visit the lobby on the 101st floor, the Jinyan Restaurant on the 103rd floor, and the Tianzhijin Restaurant on the 120th floor. The room we stayed in was a sky king room, which was spacious and comfortable with an area of 61 square meters. There were about 20 bottles of non-alcoholic drinks and 3 bottles of beer, which could be enjoyed for free. Enjoy the supreme afternoon tea at the Yi Lounge on the 84th floor, with red wine, beer, various drinks and various dishes (including beef tongue, shrimp balls, beef, cakes, fruits, cold drinks, etc.), and enjoy the view while drinking at the windowsill, which was a real enjoyment. Then watch the sunset at the Tianzhijin Restaurant on the 120th floor, and the sunrise the next day. The buffet breakfast at the 101 restaurant is rich in dishes. The swimming pool on the 84th floor is reached by a dedicated elevator on the 85th floor. It is relatively small, but not open to the public.
Shanghai Central Building, City Landmark, Architectural Miracle! Towering into the clouds, the appearance is unique, highlighting the charm of modern design. The sightseeing floor has a wide view and the beautiful scenery of the Pujiang River is unobstructed and refreshing. The internal facilities are complete, the sense of technology is full, and the exhibition is rich and interesting, showing the development history of Shanghai. The elevator is fast and stable, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, and the experience is excellent. Climbing to the top of Shanghai, feeling the pulsation of the city, a tourist attraction that cannot be missed!
Shanghai Tower, located at No. 501 Yincheng Middle Road, Lujiazui, Pudong, has a ground building height of 632 meters. It is the tallest building in China and the third tallest building in the world. The main shape is a twisted oblate cylinder, which is modern, beautiful and cleverly reduces high-altitude wind. The main purpose of Shanghai Tower is public facilities such as office, hotel, business, and sightseeing; the main building has 127 floors above ground and 5 floors underground; the podium has 7 floors, 5 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, with a total construction area of about 578,000 square meters. There are some world-famous companies settled in the building, such as JPMorgan Chase, and there are also some art venues, such as Guanfu Museum. In short, it has complete functions for food, entertainment, housing, and transportation.
Shanghai Tower, 632 meters high, is the tallest building in China with a beautiful shape. The exterior of Shanghai Tower is oblate and streamlined, and it looks like a rising dragon, rising slowly in a spiral shape, scientifically and cleverly solving the safety problem of super-high-rise buildings against earthquakes and typhoons. The Shanghai Tower covers an area of 433,954 square meters, with a main building of 119 floors. It is a large complex integrating commercial, cultural venues and office buildings. There are many famous companies in Xujiahui (such as JPMorgan Chase) and cultural institutions (such as Guanfu Museum) and famous restaurant chains (such as Starbucks). Each of the 9 districts of Shanghai Tower has its own sky lobby and atrium, sandwiched between the inner and outer glass walls. District 1 is a retail area, Districts 2 to 6 are office areas, and hotels and observation decks are located in Districts 7 to 9. Each floor of the sky lobby has its own retail stores and restaurants, with very complete functions. Whether it is the company working here, the staff of the cultural venue, or the customers, they all feel very convenient.
