This is a general park in Tomakomai city. (Since Idemitsu signed a naming rights contract on March 31, 2016, it seems that it became the nickname of Idemitsu Culture Park.) Culture, recreation, throughout the four seasons with the theme of water, greenery and sun. It was planned as a place for health promotion, and social education facilities such as libraries, art museums, and sun gardens were placed in the lush greenery.

You can see the size by looking at the map. The beauty of cherry blossoms is famous. Unfortunately it wasn't a peak, but I think it's a very good facility (it seems to cost a lot of money).
