In order to meet the needs of the general public to enjoy ice and snow sports, further enrich the winter cultural life of the masses, and accelerate the formation of a new pattern of ice and snow economy, the first "Tongxin Island Ice and Snow Carnival" was grandly opened with the strong support and careful care of the Xingtai Municipal Government and the Cultural Bureau, making full use of the location advantages and resource endowments of Tongxin Island.

Tongxin Island Ice and Snow Carnival is divided into five theme areas: Passion Track Area, Fun Interactive Area, Family Snow Entertainment Area, Children's Cute Pet Area, and Colorful Market Area, which integrates experience, appreciation, and fun. The recreational projects include high-altitude snow slides, snow spinning, snowmobiles, snow tanks, snow karts, snow excavators, snow pushers, snow octopuses, snow banana boats, snow zorbing balls, snow rollers, snow bumper balls, sleds, ice carts, etc. In addition, there are many activities such as cute pet animal interactions, snowman building competitions, and ice and snow light shows.
