I was exploring Yanai for a day and came to the Soy Sauce Factory. I didn't really know what to expect, but you can self guide yourself through the facility and do a small tasting of soy sauce and oth...
There is a soy sauce barrel in the back of the warehouse. Soy sauce was very praised when Denbei Takada imagined it in 1780 and presented it to the feudal lord. You can tour the Kurauchi for free.
It was the scent since I visited the soy sauce brewery on Shodoshima. I make soy sauce in a large barrel, but I thought that I couldn't make a lot of products. I should have asked what it was like. There was spring water at the entrance, which was delicious.
You can see historically valuable soy sauce barrels!

I bought it because I recommend sweet sashimi soy sauce. Soy sauce barrels are very valuable now, and it seems that it is difficult to make them anymore.
At the end of the year, Shirakabe Street was quiet with work, but fortunately it was open. The historic building is a sight to see, and in the back you can see the soy sauce ripened in a soy sauce barrel up close. There is also a corner to taste soy sauce of 々. I bought a specialty sweet dew soy sauce and went home.
