Wir wurden im Weinkeller mit toller Live-Musik mit sehr leckerem Fingerfood aus dem Elsa&szlig; empfangen. Das anschlie&szlig;ende 4 G&auml;nge Men&uuml; war gro&szlig;e Klasse! Es startet mit einer saftigen Entenleber-Terrine, wozu das Orangen-Chutney perfekt passte. Das anschlie&szlig;ende Lachssouffle war eine Augenweide und perfekt leicht und luftig zubereitet. Die franz&ouml;sische Poulardenbrust im Hauptgang war zart, saftig und hatte einen &uuml;berzeugenden Fleischgeschmack, begleitet von einem perfekt abgestimmten Ratatouille. Das  Dessert bestand aus einer liebevoll gefl&auml;mmten Creme Brulee an einem sch&ouml;nen fruchtigen Weinbergspfirsichchutney. Die Weine begleiteten das Men&uuml; sehr gut. Das Servicepersonal war stets freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Ein wunderbarer Abend!

We were received from the Elsa with great live music in the wine cellar with very delicious fingerfood. The subsequent 4 gangs menu was great! It starts with a juicy antenna-hepatic terrine, which perfectly fit the orange Chutney. The subsequent salmon souffle was an eye grass and perfectly light and airy prepared. The French Poularden breast in the main corridor was gentle, juicy and had a convincing meat taste, accompanied by a perfectly matched Ratatouille. The dessert consisted of a lovely flamed cream Brulee on a beautiful fruity vinegar pfirsichchutney. The wines accompanied the menu very well. The service staff was always friendly and very attentive. A wonderful evening!

Sehr gem&uuml;tliches Restaurant mit einem sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Personal. Das Essen war sehr gut, die Weinempfehlung perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
