This restaurant is truly wonderful. The seven courses are magical, the wine pairings are heavenly, and the service can&rsquo;t be beat. If I could eat like this every day, I&rsquo;d do so in a heartbeat. Congratulations Fourghetti- you&rsquo;ve create magic.

Fantastic setting, perfect service, very delicious food, only minus was a little too small glasses of wine in the wine menu. we can highly recommend an evening at wonderfull I Carraci 👌🏻

When I read in an article that This is Where chefs come to eat, I knewI had to go. I have had little restaurants in London, and Minneapolis.  Worked with an Italian chef in San Francisco.  Was delighted to see all women staff!!!  The daily specials were delightful

Invited our business partners expecting it would be a memorable dinner and thinking that this restaurant wouldn&rsquo;t disappoint since it should probably mean something if you get featured on Micheline Guide, but I was so wrong. The ambiance and service are great, but the food from the tasting menu was just so very disappointing. I&rsquo;ve been to Bologna many times and this was my first time eating that bad. I felt embarrassed that I chose that place for a meeting with the partners.

From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this would be a nice experience. Staff was very friendly but still discrete. We learned to know new tastes and if I should recommend an appetiser: The Fourghetti&#39;s exclusive Vermouth is top! Looking forward to visit again on one of our prossimi passaggi a Bologna.Signed: 2 happy Belgians!

The service was excellent. The wine was excellent. The 7-course tasting menu was a sad disappointment.  Inexpensive ingredients nicely cooked, but no &ldquo;jewels&rdquo;.  Pumpkin flan, pasta, pasta, 1 tablespoon of duck, boring desserts that tasted the same. Even the amuse Boucher lacked flavor.

What a really lovely experience, cool and modern interior, very attentive and friendly staff and superb food. We had the tasting menu with wine pairing. Just excellent and would highly recommend  anyone making the short journey out of the centre of Bologna to eat here.
