If you don’t have a car, take a bus to Bartın, then a local minibus (dolmuş) to Amasra. The ride takes only about 20 minutes. 🏨 How long should you stay? Most visitors come for a day, but I highly recommend spending at least one night. Early morning and sunset are when Amasra is at its most beautiful, after the day-trippers leave. 🍴 Where to eat Seafood is the highlight here. Choose one of the waterfront restaurants and order grilled fish with the famous Amasra Salad, made with around 20 fresh ingredients.
