Dalateqi

Located in the southwest of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and under the administration of Ordos City, Dalad Banner is an important urban area on China National Highway 210 between Baotou and Xi’an, and the Baoshen Railway linking Shenmu County, Shaanxi, and Baotou. It has been called the “Northern Gateway to Ordos.” Whistling Dune Bay is located on the eastern end of the Kubuqi Desert in Dalad Banner. It is one of China’s three major whistling dunes. You can stay overnight in the desert here, see an “Ordos wedding” demonstration, or enjoy a desert bonfire party. The Shini Temple Green Sea Amusement Park (释尼召沙漠绿海乐园) and Yinkentala Desert Ecological Tourism Zone are two other attractions here that are also worth a visit.
