Dozza Moments: Through Travelers' Eyes

Post
The town is famous for its murals. It holds a mural festival every two years, attracting many well-known artists to participate in the creation, making the town an outdoor art gallery. The murals are of different styles, integrated with the house structure, and show a rich artistic level.

Speaking of the art capital, there is a place called Dozza, an art town in Bologna, Italy. This medieval town full of artistic atmosphere is located in the southwest of Bologna Province (Bologna) in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy.

The town is spindle-shaped and has well preserved its medieval layout. It has developed directly within the ancient city walls. The highest point is the majestic Dozza Castle, which was rebuilt on the site of the Bologna Fortress built in 1250.

After Cesare Borgia restored the papacy here in 1499, the castle and the Dozza estate became the property of the bishop legate Campeggi.

A lot of changes were made.
