Sulphur Mountain (Sulphur Mountain) is a mountain near Banff Town, Alberta, Canada, about 2,450 meters above sea level, climbing the top of Sulphur Mountain overlooking Banff Town, the Banff Hot Spring Hotel at the foot of the Bow River and the mountain, overlooking Minnivka Lake and the Canadian Rockies. Sulfur Mountain is named for the sulfur hot springs found on its slopes. The Sulphur Mountain can be selected by cableway cable car (Banff Gondola) or mountaineering trail. It takes about an hour to hike up the mountain along the rugged path. Therefore, tourists usually choose to take the cable car up the mountain, you can gradually rise with the cable car and enjoy the scenery of different heights. The mountaineering cableway cable car station is located about three kilometers south of Banff Town. There is a bus in Banff Town to get here. The height difference of the cableway is about 680 meters. It takes about 8 minutes to climb to the top of the mountain with a height of 2,250 meters. The top of the mountain view of Sulphur Mountain is the best place to overlook Banff Town. Johnston Canyon

Johnston Canyon (Johnston Canyon) is one of the four canyons of the Canadian Rockies, located on Bow Valley Park Avenue (Bow Valley Parkway), which connects Banff Town to Lake Louise. It is formed by thousands of years of river erosion, and the canyon next to the plank road flows with crystal clear panting streams. Walk along the relatively gentle trail for more than 30 minutes (about 2 kilometers), to the Lower falls, you can take pictures on the observation deck, you can also walk through the small bridge, drill into the cave to observe the waterfall at close range, the waterfall is actually small, the scenery is also general. Although the waterfall is bigger, it takes more than 5 kilometers to go back and forth. Because I don't want to be too tired and time is too late, I didn't go up. There are tourist cabins and large parking lots at the entrance of the canyon, which is very convenient for driving. No additional tickets are charged.


