Really cool to go up and see the view. The short climb to the other side is even cooler

The trip to the Galaki Mountains in eastern and western Canada has been completed, and the lakes and mountains in the Rocky Mountains are lingering. I want to introduce the "lakelight" first, but I always have to bring the "lakelight" to show its overall potential and beauty. The first is the bow river waterfall, famous for the film "the east of the river" by American movie star Monroe, although far less than Niagara Falls, but the first stop of the Rocky Mountains is it.

Sunshine Meadow, Banff National Park, Canada
Sunshine Meadow, located southwest of Banff Town, is a vast grassland in Banff National Park, showing unique alpine meadow scenery and pleasant scenery. We drove to the parking lot of Sunshine Meadow (Sunshine Village Parking Lot), and then took a yellow school bus to go up the mountain. Private cars are prohibited in this area, retaining the original tranquility and purity.
Sunshine Meadow exudes a unique charm, with a sense of wilderness in the desolation, majestic and beautiful. Looking from a distance, the endless snow-capped mountains rise into the sky; looking closely, wild flowers are everywhere in the forest, competing for beauty. We strolled on the winding mountain hiking trails, with tall larch trees standing tall on both sides, and the autumn is in full swing.
Sunshine Meadow offers many hiking options. We selected a route around the lake, which is about 6 kilometers in total. Along the way, three alpine lakes are inlaid like pearls. Every scene is intoxicating and beautiful beyond words. This hiking route is praised by Lonely Planet as one of the most beautiful hiking routes in the world.
Sunshine Grassland is very good and worth a visit👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

It is a swimming pool-style hot spring on the sulphur mountain near Banff Town, Alberta, Canada. You can enjoy the hot springs surrounded by mountains. From here, you can overlook the Lundal Mountain. Enjoy.
Lake Louise

Flowing with micro snow, but also against a little blue sky and white clouds, is already a blessing for us luck, summer Louis Lake has Jiuzhaigou Huanglong and Nyingchi Basong wrong kind of drunk green, winter is a snow and ice silver wrapped. And if from Harbin Ice and Snow World and Ice Garden Fair invite some craftsmen to decorate the ice lamp and snow sculpture, it is definitely not the same as it is now, so it can be seen that the ultimate aesthetic estimate of the ice and snow shape and craftsman spirit is to this extent.
Sulphur Mountain

Sulphur Mountain (Sulphur Mountain) is a mountain near Banff Town, Alberta, Canada, about 2,450 meters above sea level, climbing the top of Sulphur Mountain overlooking Banff Town, the Banff Hot Spring Hotel at the foot of the Bow River and the mountain, overlooking Minnivka Lake and the Canadian Rockies. Sulfur Mountain is named for the sulfur hot springs found on its slopes. The Sulphur Mountain can be selected by cableway cable car (Banff Gondola) or mountaineering trail. It takes about an hour to hike up the mountain along the rugged path. Therefore, tourists usually choose to take the cable car up the mountain, you can gradually rise with the cable car and enjoy the scenery of different heights. The mountaineering cableway cable car station is located about three kilometers south of Banff Town. There is a bus in Banff Town to get here. The height difference of the cableway is about 680 meters. It takes about 8 minutes to climb to the top of the mountain with a height of 2,250 meters. The top of the mountain view of Sulphur Mountain is the best place to overlook Banff Town. There is a four-story building on the top of the mountain (Upper Terminal), each floor has different functions, there are coffee shops, souvenir shops, and the highest restaurant in Canada, etc., the four floors are open-air observation deck, the view is better, follow the mountain top trail upwards, A weather observatory built in 1903 is accessible, and the building still exists, allowing visitors to see its interior through windows.

Johnston Canyon
西溪老翁
Johnston Canyon (Johnston Canyon) is one of the four canyons of the Canadian Rockies, located on Bow Valley Park Avenue (Bow Valley Parkway), which connects Banff Town to Lake Louise. It is formed by thousands of years of river erosion, and the canyon next to the plank road flows with crystal clear panting streams. Walk along the relatively gentle trail for more than 30 minutes (about 2 kilometers), to the Lower falls, you can take pictures on the observation deck, you can also walk through the small bridge, drill into the cave to observe the waterfall at close range, the waterfall is actually small, the scenery is also general. Although the waterfall is bigger, it takes more than 5 kilometers to go back and forth. Because I don't want to be too tired and time is too late, I didn't go up. There are tourist cabins and large parking lots at the entrance of the canyon, which is very convenient for driving. No additional tickets are charged.

This is the venue for some of the events of the 15th Winter Olympic Games in 1988, and it is still a good ice and snow sanctuary. It retained the national flag of the countries participating in the conference at that time, so the flag of the former Soviet Union can still be seen flying in the wind.
