Accustomed to undertaking tasks independently, while continuously honing individual execution skills, we are prone to developing a rigid, individualistic mindset, resulting in somewhat stiff team communication and a lack of natural, smooth collaboration. This team-building activity took us to Huxi Ancient Village on the border of Hunan and Guangdong provinces. We explored and wandered through this Hakka defensive ancient settlement nestled amidst mountains, cultivating team spirit through mutual support and companionship. Huxi Ancient Village was established in the Yuan Dynasty, settled by early settlers from southern Jiangxi. Dozens of walled ancient houses are closely connected, with winding alleys resembling a maze, serving both defensive and residential functions. Located at a strategic pass on the ancient Hunan-Guangdong road, it has witnessed a thousand years of border trade. A clear stream flows through the village, ancient trees shade the streets, far removed from the hustle and bustle of tourists, offering a unique blend of Lingnan and Hunan rural charm. We explored the ancient village in small groups, dividing tasks autonomously and cooperating flexibly. Some identified the intricate alleyways, some recorded details of the ancient buildings and joyful moments, and others kept track of the group's pace. The alleyway was full of forks, and we occasionally lost our way. But instead of getting anxious or complaining, we huddled together to exchange clues, make judgments, and quickly adjust our route. When we encountered uneven thresholds or narrow passages, we reached out to each other for support and gave way to one another. We chatted along the way, shedding the formalities of office communication, and our interactions became increasingly natural and smooth. This journey made us realize that there are limits to working alone; understanding the importance of mutual support, complementarity, and timely communication allows a team to unleash its full potential. Through this experience, our teamwork has improved significantly. In the future, facing various challenges, we are confident that we can support each other, work together to overcome obstacles, and journey hand in hand to distant mountains and seas.

Every stop was full of surprises, and the words "Blue Mountain" acted like a magic thread connecting the gorgeous forest and mountain landscapes of Australia, New Zealand, China, and South Korea 🦋 Over the past few days, I've hiked through the spectacular valleys of the Blue Mountains National Park, explored the hidden florals at Ten-Mile Blue Mountain in Zhangzhou, breathed in the fresh air at the ski resort, and taken in the majestic views of Yunbing Mountain and the seamless sea-sky panorama in Seogwipo. Catching the Mid-Autumn Festival, making mooncakes with delicate patterns and delicious aromas instantly added a sweet sense of reunion to the journey.
