The cathedral looks like a Gingerbread house during the sunny day! situated in the heart of Vienna city it’s free to entry attraction. So speechless beautiful outside and inside. It has a touristic part where you could make so many pictures and church part where you could pray.It worth to visit for sure and also it’s so interesting to see this building in miniature right next to the cathedral from the right side Friends, have you been there?
Passau has been a famous water transportation hub in Germany since ancient times. This is because it is the confluence of three major rivers in Germany. The Three Rivers Corner is the best place to see the three rivers at the same time. The river mouth is very wide and the surrounding scenery is charming. It is the most famous tourist attraction in Passau and should not be missed.
The Wester Castle in Passau is located on the high ground beside the Rhine River. It is a castle of the old German nobles. It is high above the ground and has a very wide view. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Rhine River and the confluence of three rivers from the castle. It is really worth visiting.
We choose the horse carriage ride up, it was €8 a person. It took around 20 minutes and we enjoyed the forest view. Make sure to arrive and park at least an hour early. The entrance time is exact to every 5 minutes for crowd control. The entrance ticket includes an audio set and takes around 30 minutes. You are moved thru the rooms rather quickly. There are free lockers at information at the entrance area if needed. No pictures can be taken during the tour. **not handicapped friendly ** must be able to walk for 2-3 hours and climb up and down many flights of stairs. There are no elevators. We planned to walk down but it began to rain. So we took the horse carriage again -/€4/person.
Europa Therme Bad Fussing is a great place. It is a water park. It is quite large and the swimming pool is very wide. Although it is not a standard swimming pool, the streamlined design is very special and quite interesting.
An overall good experience with lots of historic reference s. Takes atleast 2-3hrs if you don't want to skip exhibition s. The musuem is open until 18:00 so plan accordingly. Many references only have a german description written next to them, but overall it is English friendly. Would only recommend this place if you are a big art enthusiast, and not just going in for a casual tour. The museum right next to it (natural history musuem) will be a better choice then.
