提前两天都訂不到房間的和慶食館，可見生意火爆。到店時大堂入座率已達八成，而且大桌不少都是已預訂好的。菜單厚厚一本，店員也會介紹。看中的菜式偶爾被告知已沽清。「招牌石龙和庆豆皮鸡」淋在面上那個秘制料汁是正豆皮雞的靈魂，也是一直被模仿從未被超越的底氣。雞質不錯，皮脆肉滑。「流汁脆皮烧鹅」新鮮出爐的燒鵝是店員推薦，皮不算很脆卻做到皮下脂肪盡化作油汁，肉質緊實，不柴。燒鵝，新鮮很重要。「双拼薄餐」很甜，包裏的白砂糖有强烈的砂粒顆粒感，沒有及時食用糖已融化，影響口感。而當地的朋友說就是儿時的味道。其他菜式是挺本地口味的常規菜式，沒有遇上踩雷菜式。菜式選擇多，不愧為石龍當地人家庭聚餐的心水食肆之一。鑽石名菜招牌豆皮雞，也引來不少食客打卡，喜歡與否就純屬個人喜好了。
