I was hungry at noon and finally found this restaurant deep in the alley. The menu is very simple, the lunch menu is the head plate + main course 25 euros a person, dessert list. My head plate chose salmon: the waiter introduced that compared to the general smoke method, the chef used fruit stains such as ◎. First of all, I saw that the plate was very delicate: salmon with fish seeds, and jelly with crisps, and still shaking when I was on the table~ The main dish chose the roasted crane stew: two crane stew chicken breast roasted just right, crisp outside, stealing a faint pink inside.
