Dunhua

Dunhua City is located in mountainous eastern Jilin Province, in the heart of the Changbai (“Always White”) Mountains, and is under the administration of the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. The city is an important transport hub in Jilin. Dunhua is endowed with a long history, lovely mountains and streams, unique natural scenery, and abundant tourism resources. Over a hundred tourist attractions are located within its borders, including the Qing Ancestral Temple Complex, the site of the ancient city Aodong, the Laobaishan (“Old White Mountain”) Scenic Area, and the wetlands of Yanming (“Goose Cry”) Lake.
