TA用户
Since I drive for Uber I had taken a few people to this restaurant and had heard raves about the food from a few others. After a rider asked me to take her to it I decided I had to try it. When I walked in the door for seated service I was taken aback by the decor. Deep reds and black ceilings and walls. I didn't sit in the full service section which had high tops and booths? I was directed to the take out side which is very bright in comparison, very clean with a lot of whites and yellows. They didn't have a take out menu but the menu board was easy to read. I was the only Caucasian in the place and felt a little out of place but that was my feeling. The staff was very nice and the food came quickly. Nine bucks for a few whole fried wings and frankly some greasy french fries. The wings were fried perfectly though I thought they needed a little more seasoning. The fried were not from frozen if I had to guess and a little greasy. The place is owned by some type of record producer since there were gold records decorating the walls of the take out side. I don't know that I'd venture back for fried chicken but for an independent it was pretty good. If you're into rap/hip hop this would be a place you'd like to go. It isn't in the best of neighborhoods but that doesn't stop local athletes, music artists and fried chicken, fried lobster, and fried broccoli fans from going. It was pretty busy when I arrived which as at 4:45pm on a weekday. Very interesting concept with excellent music playing while I waited.

Empire Szechuan Gourmet of NY, this main Sichuan hot pot, we ordered a super spicy pot bottom, and also ordered a few more signature stews, such as hairy belly, beef, lamb, etc.
