What travelers say:
It is a must-eat every year, and everyone is happy.
Among the steamed buns, the fresh meat and crab roe are the most classic, and the quality control is also good; the matsutake mushrooms are delicious, but the quality is unstable, and the ingredients today are slightly inferior; I tried the black truffle as a new one, and the three people had different reviews; the crab paste is not on the market, so come early . Crab meat, shrimp balls and scallops and egg skin soup are my family’s standard dishes. The rest are mediocre, just making up the numbers.
The steamed buns from Shanghai are particularly good at this one, but when I go to Fukuoka, the taste is different and I can’t eat them.
Southern orange, northern orange.
