在进入自由行的日子里，终于摆脱掉了用于果腹的团餐，来到这这家应是暹粒较贵的餐馆。我们到的时候刚刚开门，里面还有服务员在打扫，前台服务员让我们在门口的沙发区稍作休息，并拿来了菜单。服务员衣着也比其它餐厅看起来更加西式，也更加得体。餐桌上摆着精美的餐具和各式酒杯，在暹粒其它餐馆中很难见到。落座点完餐，会有餐前小食两道，包括香蕉干和烤面包，香蕉干脆但不硬，面包烤的很好配上黄油十分入口，我们三个人吃了两盘面包（面包可以无限续，服务员要是看你吃的比较快还会自动给你再上一份）因为没有点酒，所以酒杯随后就被撤掉，以让餐桌显的更整洁大方。前餐做的很开胃，三文鱼搭配香料、柠檬等，提味增香。正餐的三文鱼烤的外皮焦脆，让人喜爱，但最中间的部分全基本没有烤熟，还是生的，不能很好的与外层鱼肉形成统一的口感，稍有遗憾。牛排这次点的是澳洲牛，但感觉不如柬埔寨本地牛肉好吃，这家的澳洲牛筋比较多不太好下刀和咀嚼，影响了食物在嘴中畅快淋漓的感觉。意面做的不算很出彩但也是平均水准了。番茄汤很惊艳，加了黄油与奶油，颜色更加艳丽饱满而且酸味不是很浓重要是正餐前上就更好了。餐后甜品是烤苹果，烤出的苹果与烤肉的外观十分接近，很耐看。上甜品前会先用小刷打扫桌子并换餐盘，这一点细节很让人受用。最后也会给客人一份意见书以便客人填写任何建议。总体而言，装修应是暹粒餐厅中最豪华的，服务水准也很高很细致，如果部分餐品再精心研究烹制就更接近完美了。
