Zhongshan Bridge
杜楠嘟嘟:“Second visit to Lanzhou Zhongshan Bridge 🌉 The romance and awe of this century-old iron bridge have not diminished at all.
It truly deserves its title as the first iron bridge across the Yellow River; the more you explore, the more captivating it becomes! The beauty accumulated over time is truly irreplaceable.
Many people only know it as Zhongshan Bridge,
but are unaware of its incredibly impressive century-old history 📜 Originally named the Yellow River Iron Bridge, it was officially completed in 1909.
Designed by Americans and built by Germans, it was the first steel bridge across the Yellow River basin!
What's most admirable is its commitment to contracts ✨. The contract promised an 80-year warranty. In 1989, when the warranty expired, the contractor, located in Germany, specifically contacted the Lanzhou government to proactively inform them of the warranty expiration and remind them of the maintenance deadline. To commemorate this century-old integrity, a centennial monument was erected at the bridgehead. Having weathered storms and spanned centuries, the German steel, having survived two world wars, still stands firmly on the Yellow River, protecting the entire city of Lanzhou 🌊. This time, revisiting, the biggest feeling is that this century-old bridge is becoming more and more beautiful and bustling. During the day, it's a historically significant industrial building with a strong sense of antiquity. In the evening, the gentle breeze and the lights create a soft and soothing atmosphere. Spanning the mighty Yellow River, every snapshot is a masterpiece of atmosphere 📸. Although there are many more tourists than in previous years, the moment of standing on the bridge and watching the Yellow River flow is still moving, touched by its century-old stability and romance ❤️. When traveling to Lanzhou, you must walk across Zhongshan Bridge and witness the legendary spirit of this century-old iron bridge!”White Pagoda Mountain Park
闻嘉流浪Noel:“It's a park with some historical sites, quite large, and situated on a high point, offering panoramic views of Lanzhou city. I heard it gets very crowded at night, and you can even see the legendary Lanhaton (Lanzhou's iconic landmark), haha. However, the park is too high and too big to walk around in, and the signage is unclear. I often walked for a long time without finding the attractions I wanted to visit, so I gave up.”Lanzhou Waterwheel Park
RRR555:“Lanzhou Waterwheel Park is located in the western section of Binhe Road in the city, adjacent to Zhongshan Bridge in the east, the "Mother Yellow River" sculpture in the west, Baitashan Park in the north, and Baiyun Temple in the south. It is one of the most Lanzhou local attractions along the 100-mile Yellow River Scenic Line and a great place and attraction for tourists to visit.”2.Embark on a Yellow River cruise

Lanzhou Museum
竹杖芒鞋客:“The most famous museum in Lanzhou is of course the Gansu Provincial Museum, but the Lanzhou Museum is much quieter and worth appreciating. Ancient buildings and antique buildings are integrated into one, and there is a Baiyi Temple Tower in the middle of the courtyard. The most common exhibits in the exhibition hall are prehistoric pottery and the remains of the Ming Dynasty Su Wangfu.”4.Visit Gansu Provincial Museum
