There are many vacancies. - Fried dumplings: There is juice, but the seasoning is a bit salty. - Tonkotsu dolphin bone ramen: The soup head is stronger than the later Dandan noodles, which is more mellow but not too greasy. The saltiness is a bit salty, especially if you want to drink the soup. Highlight 1: Pork fork roast, thick cut, fat meat entrance, the essence meat is tender and not dry, and the taste is very good. Highlight 2: The noodles are fine noodles, not the yellow roll egg noodles that are common in German ramen shops. Both people love this noodles more and feel that the taste is better. - Dandan noodles: Tangtou is OK, the pepper taste is a bit heavy, and there are many corianders. I think the spicyness can be improved. We had a great food experience @ jellyfish . Great courses , nice wines ... we only found that the tables were very small and close to each other. The staff showed great skill telling about the courses and wines. The Cocuille with caviar was an absolute blast. Great night an happy to have been here.

What a delightful meal! The service was also exceptional! They brought me out a charging bar for my iPhone when it was dying. I&rsquo;m so glad I came here

Hamburg has a lot of restaurants to offer but this was a great find. We are English speakers &amp; the staff could not have been more helpful &amp; welcoming. Dishes were beautifully presented &amp; were delicious. There was an excellent choice of wine &amp; the staff described the wines which were unknown to us perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would definitely go back.

Fantastic seafood. Beutiful as well as tasty. Creative and extraordinary. Better than most 2 and 3 star Michelin restaurants, absolutely worth the money.
