As a German city, especially a university town famous for its proximity, Heidelberg streets are scattered with many beer bars, not only high-quality German beer, but also a variety of local dishes. Two of the city's most famous bars: Zum Roten Ochsen Red Bull where you can taste the 263-year-old Heidelberg brewery, which is produced according to the German purity law 500 years ago. Two craft brews that cannot be missed: Named after the primitive humans found in Heidelberg, Lutherbier commemorates the 500th year of the Martin Luther Reformation. Zum Zeppl From the 18th century onwards, the Schaaf family-run Kulturbrauerei brewery has been providing the bar with tropical fruit-flavored beer. The Carl Theodore Bridge was named after its builder, also known as the Old Bridge Alte Brücke, which connects the Heidelberg city on both sides of the Neckar River. The original nine-hole stone arch bridge was built in 1788 and destroyed in World War II. Now a modern replica is seen.
