Discovery Bay is a coastal area located in the northeastern part of Lantau Island, New Territories, Hong Kong. It includes several bays, namely Nim Shue Wan, Crab Di Wan, Cai Yuen Wan, Tai Pak Wan, Er Pak Wan, San Pak Wan and Si Pak Wan. Fresh air, sunny beaches, and global cuisine, D'Deck has nearly 20 restaurants serving international cuisine, lined up on the seaside promenade next to the sandy beach of Dabai Bay, where you can enjoy delicious food while admiring the vast view of the sea and the sky.

Only a 25-minute ferry ride from central…costing 46 HK dollars. Discovery Bay is quiet, clean and wonderful for families. Spend the day at the beach on a nice day and let your children play on the beach play park. Nearby are restaurants and coffee shops to fill you up for the day.

love it there, food is great, view is great, very nice playground on the park for kids. it is like a mini version of California, Sydney or New Zealand. great staycation, and if you are called in to the office ferry ride only 30 minutes to central.
