The half of the west side faces the east, according to the rising moon. Riyue Mountain is named after this. Today, two pavilions, the Japanese Pavilion and the Moon Pavilion, were built on the Sun and Moon Hill to commemorate this magical legend. This is the Japanese pavilion.
